If you want to run version 6.2: FsXPand_patch_6.2.2.zip
Please copy the extracted files in the appriopriate directories. You may keep a backup of the old files in case you want to switch back.
This version has the following enhancements:
1. GPS - NAV switch added in key commands
Please use a custom label for display:
On your EICAS panels, Panel Setup button, tick Custom Label, OK.
R-Click CustomLbl1, replace CustomLbl with 'GPS switch'.
Change your front and back colours, OK.
R-click Value
choose Parameter not text.
choose from droplist 'GPS switch'.
set colours, OK.
Drag both into place
2. Autobrake is in EICAS 1 annunciator now.
Bugfix:
- X-Plane does really work on FsXPand 6.2, still under testing.
- When using "Active Sky" or the default "Real world weather" FsClient ND may crash in MAP EXP, MAP CENT or PLAN mode.
(overflow, runtime error 6). On weather updating, ground speed coming from FS goes to 0 momentarily.

- Both versions: Heading bug missing - erroneously shows only in HDG SEL mode.
- Basic version: No AP speed when changing FS value

Trim indicator - There is now an option 'invert' in the advanced properties to change the direction.

All MCP states are now written to custom offsets for your own DIY MCP, only values are written to FS AP offsets.
Please report any errors.
Do you get an Unexpected Error, Quitting? Switch off UAC.
Do you get an error 75, Path or File access error? Check your permissions, are you full administrator, is your folder ownership OK?
You may need to install in C:\FsXPand or C:\FsClient.

Version 6.1 is ready for release. Compatibility with CPFlight MCP (+ EFIS + Radios) has been added.
This version is modular: you can have Basic, or FMS version, depending on a setting in your registration box. If you buy a license, you will get one for the appropriate version you requested. There is an upgrade option on our order page for registered 5.8 users.
For the use of the FMS, please refer to FMS_getstarted.rtf. Required reading. The manual has not been updated yet to reflect all possibilities using FMS and CDU.

Important bug fixes:
- No N1 when no flightplan loaded - now there is a default value for each a/c type.
- Added ADF2 to 2nd EFIS VOR switch
- Missing flap indications (speed bugs) now working
- LNAV can be engaged on ground
- In the basic version, the NO VSPEEDS flag has been removed
- The EXEC light is now readable from an FSUIPC offset
- After passing a waypoint, the a/c got off course for a moment, due to a performance problem.

Expect CPFlight MCP/EFIS compatibility very soon! We will show it at Lelystad 5 & 6 November.
- There is a bug in the PFD: it stops working, only for users of the basic version.
Please apply the patch: FsXPand_patch_602. Includes the previous fix 601. Just copy the files into the appropriate directories.

A little update on FsXPand: FsXPand_601.zip
This zip file contains 2 ini files for your FsXPand directory and a new FsXPand.exe an FsClient.exe. It also includes a new version of your FMS getstarted file.
You can read how to manage the offsets that you can read back from for your MCP.
Nasty bug fixed: loss of airspeed on attaining first cruise altitude.

The FMS version (6.0 beta) has been released.
This is the 6.0 beta version. You are likely to run into bugs and apparently wrong behaviour of the software due to implementation errors.
If you find errors, please let us know via feedback@flyware.nl.
General problems (not errors) can be reported at the forum, where a lot of issues have already been discussed. Suggestions for improvement are appreciated as usual.

There is a problem with AIRAC 1006 - drops the files in FsXPand root and not in the Data folder. Please copy until fixed by Navigraph.

- Missing waypoints in flightplan with these settings

The plain 'ILS' is missing in the type-to-bitmap file. This causes a magenta rectangle to replace the map symbol you expect in the ND. Replace the file symbol.dat in your FsClient 58\MBmp\Boeing directory with the following one: symbol.zip
